Moulsham Mill

Our Conference/Meeting Room, located on the first floor, is a spacious 950 sq. ft. It can be fully seated or laid out to suit your own requirements (for an additional charge).

Full screen, overhead projection, video, dvd and TV facilities are available. There is space for serving refreshments, buffets etc. which can be provided by arrangement with the Tea & Coffee Shop. The room can accommodate a maximum of 90 persons.

Charges

£70.00 per day (09.00 – 17.00)
£40.00 per ½ day (09.00 – 13.00)
£40.00 per ½ day (13.00 – 17.00)
Evenings £40.00

Any 4 hour period outside these set times will be charged as a full day.

* Prices include use of TV monitor, video, DVD, and OHP.

* An additional 10% will be added if the room is laid out to specified requirements.

Flip Chart (includes 1 pen and flip chart pad)
* £5.00 per session

These prices are subject to VAT.

Parking

A maximum of 8 parking permits will be available from reception on the day ofyour booking. Additional permits can be purchased on the day at a cost of £10 each.

Please note if you are visiting our Conference/Meeting Room you must contact the organiser of your conference to confirm parking arrangements, as parking permits are required.
