Conference Room

Located on the first floor and a spacious 950 sq. ft. It can be fully seated or laid out to suit your own requirements (for an additional charge).

Fullscreen, overhead projection, video, dvd and TV facilities are available.There is space for serving refreshments, buffets etc. which can be provided by arrangement with the Tea & Coffee Shop (01245 608247). The room can accommodate a maximum of 90 persons.

Per ½ Day 9am - 1pm*	£40
Per ½ Day 1pm - 5pm*	£40

Includes use of	Overhead projector TV DVD & Video
Additional Costs	Flipchart including 1 pen and flip chart pad - £5.00 per session. An additional 10% will be added if the room is laid out to specified requirements.
These prices are subject to VAT.

*Any 4 hour period outside these set times will be charged as a full day.

Parking

A maximum of 8 parking permits will be available from reception on the day of your booking. Additional permits can be purchased on the day at a cost of £10 each. Please speak to reception regarding the number of permits that will be available.

Please note if you are visiting our Conference/Meeting Room you must contact the organiser of your conference to confirm parking arrangements, as parking permits are required.
